The meticulous presentation, with its unique plate and carefully placed servings, resembled the majestic footprints of an elephant. The resemblance was uncanny, and the name Kaki Gajah was born from the delighted testimonies of those who had experienced its charm.

Rajalaya / Balinese Royal Dinner is a unique and special dining concept that was originally served only within the royal family in Bali back then. The courses were served in a parade with “Rijsttafel” style consisted of conglomerate meals enhanced by many side dishes in small portions and accompanied with rice. Balinese dance is world famous ancient dance with its intricate fingers movement and facial expression. Some of the Balinese dance are very sacred and only performed related to temple’s ceremony. To preserve the culture, we committed to provide the stage for local dance organization and showing their talents.
